Cruise control doesnt work if you have LED bulbs fitted on the brake light circuit, and was only operating when a trailer with normal filament bulbs was attached.

Any idea why a landrover of all vehicles should have an issue with this? As far as I was aware the cruise had its own switch on the brake pedal to dis-engage and shouldnt be interfering with the brake lighting circuit.

Any experiences?

Thanks

Pete.

no idea how the system is connected or works or anything, but i would take a reasonably intelligent guess at it being the lower current draw on the lighting circuit.

Yeah, i thought that, but then the lights come ON when the cruise master switch is on, so it cant be the lack of current draw, it must be something to do with the lack of resistance.
