3rd lane law

So when did the law change about driving in the 3rd lane while towing a trailer? in the last week i've been past by all sorts of motors towing all sorts of trailers but mostly Discos towing caravans does the law not apply to these a***holes

it just makes me so mad coz they give us all a bad name and more ammo for them to tax us even more

yup they are the ****s.... seen them do it with those little halfrauds trailers, the trailer is swinging form side to side.. muppets.....
