Engine automatically revs?

I replaced my plugs and wires yesterday, and now when I go to start the engine (http://www.landroverforums.com/m_16210/tm.htm#), it automatically over revs all the way up past 3500 RPMs. Im pretty sure its a vacuum line that i may have accicdently hit, but i've looked all over my 1996 Discovery 4.0 and I cant find anything. Does anyone have any suggestions? This is driving me crazy, and obviously I cant drive it in this condition. Thanks in advance for any help, im a new member here. I've used the search fuction, but found nothing on this topic.

is your throttle cable snagged any where? I would have thought that if it was your vacume pipe it would start as normal and cut out. sounds more like your throttle's stuck open

Checked throttle cable, that doesnt seem to be the problem.
