doin the rar trail arms bushes on weekend any advice ?

Burn the old bushes out, don't waste time trying to press them out. Clean the apetures thoroughly. I lightly ubricate the apetures with a smear of washing up liquid before putting the new bushes in. If using OEM bushes you will probably need a hydraulic press for the bushes at the axle end of the rod. Polybushes will slip in with no real problems. Use copper slip or alternative on all fixings before you tighten incase you have to pull it all apart in a year or so. Ensure you torque all of the fixings up to the correct settings
