Locking Wheel nuts

Hello,

We are preparing for a round the world trip next year about May time and have a 2004 Discovery, we have changed the wheels to the commercial steel wheels and are having a nightmare buying Locking wheel nuts for it. The dealers just say that the studs on the Discovery are not the same as the Defender so will not fit on the Discovery studs. This sounds like bu****t to me could you please shed some light on the subject.

The dealer is right, Defender studs are thicker [same as earlier Discos and Rangies] and a different thread.
Dont know if you will find lockers for later steel wheels as they were only fitted to Commercial Disco's, and there is hardly any call for lockable nuts on those.
