Just applied online for a part time job with B & Q. Part of the application process is a psychometric test to see see if you have what it takes to be a bored ineffective customer advisor.

I just failed :D (www.DIY.com/careers (http://www.DIY.com/careers))

participants are scored out of ten in various categories. The majority of the population register a 5 throughout. My scores were all 7's apart from conformity where I reached a heady 1 :p

You have to know when to disappear -when there are maximum number of customers -so as to leave one checkout open!!!:(

TBH mate, if you are driving a bright yellow Land Rover I suspect your not too fussed about conforming to ALL societies ‘norms’. This is one of the reasons I own a Land Rover; I did not want to drive the same/similar vehicle as everyone else.
