add chunks of black olives to the mix. adds a nice tang.

Red pepper and chilli is damn gorgeous Olan.

Bowl of humus with a dollop of chilli samble in the centre of it!

Also a light covering of lime is nice too!

I love humus, what a super dish. Long live chick peas!!!

I mixed some up last night for ma tea, adding some cumin powder, ate it all with rice crackers that had been in the cupboard for a month or so, but it was only when I got down to finishing the last cracker did I notice it were full of worms :eek: :ill: still good protein
