Just made myself a curry to eat in a bit, chicken and mushroom vindaloo, and had a quick taste.......

BLIMMEEITSBLOODYHOT:fire: :fire: :fire:

I like a hot curry but this one could be a bit of a challenge:D

Vindaloo is meant to be hot (one of the hottest Indian currries, some of the Malaysian curry sauces are hotter), but the best thing to cool it (or your mouth after you have eaten it) is plain boiled rice rather than drink. Then after the curry add some yoghurt to some of the boiled rice, stir it in (with a bit of sugar if you want) and eat that to cool your insides.

Ooooo, yes I am very much a vindaloo jockey, but tonights does seem to be a little more than I am used to:eek:

The vindaloo curry is actually of portugese origin:)

had one of these once when I was half cut. The waiter was smiling as I ordered it trying to be hard. Next day I was sihitting Diet Coke all day and the next night. Stay away:eek:

Just had a look, 12 chillies! I'm amazed your insides are not damaged. 3 or 4 in a curry or Chilli con carne [for two people] is about my limit.
