land rover radio led's

HI all, new member,300TDI discovery 1998,last 4 years.
Half of the led's on my radio are out, is this some thing I could fix easily/cheeply

What model LR radio is it? I have one in the shed that can be dissected for its bits. (Can't be arsed to buy a unlock code for a radio I do not even know works)

its a radio/tape player that came as standerd fitment to a basic 3 door late 98 disco mk1, other than that I dont know,

I guess the one I got is too old/wrong model as it is from a 96 defender:(

I had the same problem with mine - took it to a local radio/electronics repair shop and they fitted some new LED's and charged me £10.
Didn't think this was too bad a price to pay
