Hi Pete! Welcome to the forum!
Good to 'see' you. I think you will have to post up some photos of the Casivac at some point.:)

Hi Pete
I think mine is similar to yours, (parabolic springs, 5 speed gearbox, resin roof, perm 4 wheel drive...etc etc) although somewhat older.
Look forward to seeing some pix of yours. Am I right is it an Isuzu engine at the moment (not up on new engines..) Adrian

Hi Sandy
all the pics of the casi and the old rover are still on the old computer ill get round to taking some new ones soon as the wind dies down and the wether improves (ie stops raining:D ) the casivac is sitting on a trailor just in side the iner gates of the south drive. if you have a day out in wick youll be able to see it for your self in all its rust as you drive passed. stop in for a cuppa if you want

for the disbilevers amongst you.
as i said its on the trailor.
it dose run with a bit of tlc and care
but the wireing on it is the pits as it has a number of diferent systems (3 12v 110v and 240v) all the same colour with little tags at the ends.

I'll certainly call in when passing Pete...:)
I was up your way before xmas, I'm sure I saw an 80" parked up on the seaward side of the road, along with a few cars for sale. I wasnt driving, and we were in a bit of a rush, so we didnt stop. It looked like it had a truck cab...though the way it was parked, it could have been a straight hardtop.

Next time I'm passing I'll have a closer look... It was with some cars for sale I think, Pete. We were fairly flying, and I just had time to register a SI, and then we were out of sight! (by which, you guess I wasnt in the III :D ) To the extent that I couldnt say exactly where I saw it:confused:
