Does anyone know of a supplier for the bolts required to fit a Land Rover tow bar to a 2002 Freelander? My local dealer is unwilling to supply said bolts, claims that they only come as part of the complete kit!
will see if i can find out the correct bolt sizes, it may be simple as a trip to your local hardware store

I might be wrong, but won't the bolts have to be High Tensile?

They are M8 or M10 fine thread bolts, M8 into the triangles at the side and M10 into the rear bar. High tensile is a good idea, I'd not chuck any old cheap B&Q ones in there personally ...
hence i said 'local hardware shop' as opposed to crappy 'hypermarket DIY store' :)
Good luck

Just wanted to mention it, that's all. Didn't want to see some poor guy lose his caravan on the motorway!
Your 'hardware store' comment was too subtle for me.

A trailer centre or motorfactor would be a better bet. :)
