wiring my inclinometer land meter.

hi there this may be a bit of a pathetic question but where is the best/easiest place to wire the two wires for the light in my land meter, i assume one wire is pos and one neg, im extremely unconfident with anything electrical.:eek: thanks guys for any replys....

If you're wiring it above the centre console and radio could you plum it in to the switched live and neutral of the radio? It'd then light up with the key, and you could bring the wires out underneath the little rubber tray in the middle which would hide them.

good thinking, thats an ideal place, and would work a treat i was concerned about the light staying on all the time, but that would work, ill give it a go in morning, cheers pal. chris:)

you could take a feed off the lighting wire on the radio illumination or failing that the little light on the cigerete lighter. alan....
