This is my 3rd Disco and an early one, engine having come out of another vechicle
Went down to my local Motor factors and they tell me that early Discos have a different oil filter. the Rover manuals state part no. ERR 3340 and the MANN filter is normally 930/20, but they state from there part catogue it should be 920/3 for vechicles before Oct 1991, I think both will fit but does anyone know the differeance my engine no. is 12L273**A, also does anyone know how to find the age of an engine ?
