I'm just finishing a tub of cottage cheese. I use to eat heaps of it when preggie.. mixed with grated carrot & tins of tuna.

& no where on the lable does it mention it's calcium content. Odd really, should have some in it. I thought company's were into selling their 'healthy options' products by overdosing us with relevent information.

It's got the 'be good to yourself' slogan & heaps of added salt but no vits or mins.

Not sure about the nutritional value keep eating it though I'm supplying two new machines to a factory in Scotland who make it. :D

They ought sell bigger tubs. I use to drink the pints of different yogurts for my lunchbreaks. They only sell strawberry flavour now :( unless you go for those poncy little tubs where your tongue can't reach the bottom of the pot. :)

you're sort of implying your tongue can reach the bottom of a large pot

erm.. no. The curve of a spoon on the sides of a large pot makes it easier to collect the remaining contents. Although by the time a pint of yogurt is downed you run out of interest if there's a bit left over. One looks far too tight trying to get your money's worth from a thimble sized container with a teaspoon & I begrudgingly have to throw it.

RAC cards don't make very good spoons for eating out either as a matter of interest.
