DII - Fire Extiguisher

Where does one mount a 1kg fire extinguisher in the passenger compartment of a DII in such a way the the back seats can still fold forward, the front passenger seat can still move forward and back, the CD changer under the front passenger seat is still accessible and the glove compartment can still open and close?

Horizontally In the footwell as highup the bulkhead as you can get it or to the back of the centre console. I'm still trying to figure out where to mount a 4KG extinguisher thinking of removing one of the rear storage bins and making a bracket to mount it there.
