Cruise control

Hello everyone, havent had anything so comfy before, can anyone tell me why my cruise control is not working on my Disco V8i

No but mine doesn't either!
First thing I will check will be the vac pipes from the pump which is under the n/s (I think) headlight for leaks or splits. I assume the swith lights up when its pressed?
Will try to find out more if I get a mo

Turns out mine was the vac pipes. It was done at the garage under warranty as I've only had the truck for a month ot so.
Look next to the end of the throttle linkage and you will see a diaphram type thing with a slotted arm off it. Follow the pipe back from this to the vac pump and check for cracks and perishing:)
