Haven't got round to making any so far but have got old Hot water cylinder ready to get plumbed in when I have the time, house has to come first at the moment.

I have however been running on Bio Diesel for about a year now in my 300TDi. I did mix it over the winter as it gelled a bit, but I am back to 100% only pay 68ppl so I am happy there and don't seem to have lost any MPG might be a little less power but thats hard to say.

In fact some older engines can gain a power boost because it is slightly thicker you get better compression so more bang.

There is a divide on that subject. If you do it make sure you pay the tax man his 2 pence worth.

I didn't choose that road as I read some bad things about its long term use. Having said that people do seem to be running fine with it. Most that I know about have chosen a twin tank system starting up on derv then swapping to SVO when it is hot.

I think you need to do your research and then make up your own mind. I picked Bio Diesel because I could run more or less only on that apart from winter but I know others that ran fine on 100% Bio over winter.
