Have been saying I will do a camping trip to Morocco and the Sahara for ages now, and have finally put my money where my mouth is. I am going for the first 3 weeks of October this year.
Now busy getting the Landy ready, have sorted out places for the jerry cans (fuel and water), 2 spare wheels, rear and side awnings and spare parts.
Now its a question of where to put the camping gear, ie utensils/plates/mugs and supplies.
We can only use the space between the seat boxes in the back. We have a double bed on top of the seat boxes.
We could use the side walls and rear door, so my questions are....
Apart from using boxes between the seat boxes, has anyone any idea's of storage that could hang on side walls and/or rear door, apart from cargo nets that is. Have seen the sort of things Hanibal use in their overland trailers. Has anyone made such storage, if so do you have any pics.
Any idea's on storage from anyone who has done overland trips before would be invaluable, ie were is best to store certain items, for ease of access, regular use, security etc etc.
Any other advice/tips on overland trips would be greatly appreciated.
