Hi
I may have to fit an LPG system to a friends V8 (Rover 3.5) - can anyone give hints tips, downfalls, shortcomings etc on fitting such a system.
R they easy to fit?
Reliable kits?
Does the system need safety checked?
You know the sort of thing...
TIA

Some insurers will need a safety cert to insure, others don't. Some places will inspect a vehicle if you bought a diy kit from them and issue a cert if safe. Other places won't issue a cert on anything but their own work. Make sure the cert they issue is the LPGA one and not some homemade affair that insurers don't recognise.
