I am reluctantly selling my Disco to help finance the purchase of a house. It is a 3.5 litre V8 with 7 seats, stereo radio/tape, and electric front windows. This is an original G-WAC. To those who don’t know the history of Disco’s, the G-WAC’s were the very first ones released to the press by Landrover in Late 1989, and were pre-registered G xxx WAC. Mine was G279WAC, so was in the first 300 ever made. This gives it some prestige to Landrover Enthusiasts. My Disco appeared in advertisements for Canon X1 video cameras, and I have Canon advertising literature with photographs of it. It was re-registered DBZ7785 after purchase, which is its current plate.
The condition of the vehicle is good for its age, its done 153000 miles which is a walk in the park for a V8. The exhaust and battery are almost new, it has Compomotive alloy wheels with four good tyres. I recently replaced all the seals in the steering box. Internally it is very clean. The MOT is not due until July 2004, and it is taxed until end December 2003.
