Hi

I have tried searching for this but it get the "white pages" thing

After spending along time rebuilding the V8 a month later the compressor goes pop (and the V8s still not running 100%)

I asume its the compressor there is some air left in both the rear air springs but they are not as high as they should be and the car wont rease on command

But there is no warning light on the consol

so

1 am i right its the compressor that has failed

2, any one got the part number?

3, where is the best place to buy one, and wats a good price

thanks Chaps

I got one for a TD5 a couple of weeks ago from LR, just over £230 with VAT.

Not sure if this will help but i found that if i used the Land Rover Bottle Jack to jack the car up as if i wanted to change a wheel, it would let all the air out of the springs. JUst make sure you don't run the engine otherwise it will attempt to pump it's self up again.
