I thought it would be a case of replacing bulbs on the rear / right hand side cluster of lights (not inlcuding hazards and reversing lights) - How wrong was I ....
After driving all over Qatar and finally tracking down some replacement bulbs (no halfords here) , I finally changed the faulty stop / tail light bulb, put my foot the brake pedal and the bulb didn't light - checked the replacement bulb (after taking more skin off my knuckles) and this has blown too.
Its night here and the temparature is still around 104 and very humid.
I 'm working a small torch which has a naff battery and I'm close to loosing my rag...

any pointers would be gratefully recieved.....

thanks

Remove some more skin and remove the entire light then fit bulb and try again so you can make sure all is okay or not.

Is is just one side?

Thanks Lynall
I took the easy option and ran it down to the local garage to get sorted, it cost me £35 with service and still retaining some skin on my knuckles....!

I am thinking of installing another brake light (centrally mounted) in the back window - have you seen this done before??? good idea / bad.

Has landrover ever supplied anything like this as a modification kit?

Thanks
