Good morning,

just a brief post: we are planning a short-ish trip (total 3 wks) to and through Morocco for spring '08. After our prime companion to accompany us on thir journey has lost interest (...) i want to throw it out here to see if anyone's planning something similar or wants to join, as going in a single car may be foolish... Also, we'll go with our 10-yr old, as it's never too early to travel and see other lands... so it would be good if those who are interested in coming are of similar opinions and with kids!

please let us know and if you're in the south let's meet up!

cheers
Patrick

We went in September last year for a little under 3 weeks, and one of our convoy had a famility of four in a Disco.

Their kids were a little older (12...13 on the trip and 16) but they had no problems at all.

There have been a number of threads on here about Morocco.

A search will give you some useful information as a number of people have been - more than once - and shared their knowledge and experience with the forum.

As someone once said to me (paraphrased) - "these threads have every forum member and their dog going, but experience has proved most drop out..."

Don't forget to look at the other forums - some also plan tentative trips to Morocco - eg Africaland (currently unavailable) and OLLR.

And sorry your companion lost interest. It is a pain. Happened to us loads when we were younger. We're older and wiser now.;) Not always a good idea to rely on other people.

Hope you have a good trip.
