freelander sunroof wanted, anyone breaking a freelander?

like it says on the tin, my sun roof is past it's best and I need two slide mechanisms and a wind deflector. if you can help please let me know.

that's what happens if your sunroof sticks in the open position! Mine's stuck shut!!
