new ignition lock assembly

Hey guys,
I just had to buy a new lock assembly for my '96 discovery.
Upon removing the covers from the steering column, I saw the old unit is "permenently" fixed - no bolts to undo it.
How on earth do you get the old one off?

It's attached by shear bolts either side of the steering column. When they are tightened up fully the head shears off & leaves nothing to undo them with. With a bit of patience they can be tapped round with a small hammer & chisel. You can then remove the old lock.
