Snorkel

At the moment my car is getting the head gaskets sorted out, whilst its in they are going to fit a snorkel for me. Problem is there is an aftermarket air filter in there (no air box). So they are going to cut the hole in the wing etc and just leave the actual in the engine bay bit for me to tidy up.
Question is, will an air box of a 300tdi engine fit on my car? Mine is a 3.9V8 (the 300 model aparently) its a 1995.

Think so dude, this is based on a the same safari snorkel being sold for a 300tdi (non abs) and a v8.
