Whip one of the door panels off [only about 5 screws isn't it] and measure the depth and width and order some up. Alternatively head to one of the many ICE sites and see what size they offer under the custom fit section.

Hi Guys. When I bought my Freelander it had 2 blown speakers in it. I went to Halfords (Bad move) and bought 2 speakers with BMW mini adaptors which fitted into space where speakers had been. The speakers what I bought were better then what was factory fitted.
I am told they are the same speakers what now are fitted as standard in a BMW mini.
Hope that helps:)

keeping the steering wheel controls is not a problem...keeping the cd changer is...
most audio shops will have, or can get the adapters you need to keep your steering wheel controls, but you will loose the use of your cd changer because as far as I know there is no adapter for that :(

I just got a sony mp3 player and do not even use the cd changer
Must take it out excess baggage. Is it worth anything? Have to look on ebay.

which sony did you get? do you have stalk control? if so what adapter is needed?
Go to Halfrauds and they will sell you the specific control box and stalk wiring to fit the unit.

took out the passenger seat today, and saw that the cd changer on the back said Alpine, the conector that comes from there goes straight to an iso conector on the back of the visteon single cd changer wich also has the stalk control wires, does anyone know were i can get a new cable from the changer to fit apline radio?

Hi again, I installed a Sony mp3 player which will play normal cd`s or mp3 cd`s. It also has an Ipod conection. Therefor I do not need the cd box under seat.
I got my stalk adaptor from Halfords pricy cost £25 quid. If you buy a system from them they will fit it free for you and install all the adaptors to convert your cable conectors. Thats they way I had mine done.
Hope that helps
Andrew
