Freelander Parts?

Does anyone know where you can get parts for the Freelander online? :confused:

I need a Water pump and a timing belt, for a 1.8 petrol 2000 (x)

Also, how much would a garage charge for fiting them? (Hillingdon, West London)

I used a place in Whitable that was cheap about 185 fitted same day while i went for a walk they also fitted a water pump while it was in bits .PM if you want me to send you over more details well worth it.
