Vin number question.

I am ordering part's off Paddock's site, and for a service kit, which includes an oil, air, and fuel filter there are 2 different kinds for the 200 TDI. The last bit of my vin number is HA472944, which according to my parts book makes it a 91 model which is correct, and the two kits which are on offer one is up to JA018727, and from JA018723, the parts book states that JA is a 92 model, so would I be right in ordering the service kit up to JA018727.

100% correct.
Notice that the difference is given by the air filter element. The oil and fuel filters are the same.
