i have a Cb but its still boxed (only thing i need to get is an ariel), but was thinking of putting it in my freelander !!!

Do you still need licencse for them ???:dunno1:

not anymore ,think the need for a licence was lifted a year or two ago ,

this will tell you the details etc ,and also good place for any bits you need ,if its a "old" cb 27/81 cb you might find it a bit quiet on there to what it used to be ,as there has been a second band of 40 channels legalised and a lot of people use those instead ,if its a more modern set then itl probably have both sets of frequencies on

best place and cheapest to get a cb aerial from is maplins, they are priced up about £10.00 plus a few quid for postage only works out about £13.00 or so.
