A while ago the oil from the jack leaked causing a pool within the storage box under the bonnet of my Disco 2, No problems I thought until I recently fitted a Dastek Power Chip. On disconnecting the ECU wiring I found that the oil had run down the cable to the lower ECU connector. This was obviouly the cause of the stuttering running when cold or lifting of the accelerator. A clean up and a Dastek later and I now have a new Landrover again.
