how do you adjust the steering stop bolts so that the tyres don,t rub on the front radius arm with the steering on full lock ?:rolleyes:just put 245 /70 r 16 m/t on my discovery

Apart from the usual rust-related snags you should have no problem. It's a simple adjuster bolt that threads into the hub and its head 'stops' against the corner of the flange of the swivel-hub or chalice (as some call it).
The one on the right hub stops the left tyre from rubbing the left arm and vice-versa. First undo the locknut then turn each bolt out until there is an obvious gap. Retighten the locknut and Robert's your aunty's husband.:D

done the steering stops on sunday and today the bl..dy back door deside's it don,t want to open :rolleyes:
