Any changes? 200Tdi 1991>1992>1993?

Hi all,
I need to look for another 200Tdi engine. Can someone tell me if there has been any changes in engine spec going from 1990 to 1993? Any any particular ones to avoid?

Avoid identical mileage in all of them (apr 150K).

AFAIK the 200 is a 200, 89 - 94. Mine is on 212k now, bought the car in 2002 on 141k.
