AVG (http://free.grisoft.com/)free anti virus ;)

plus use Spybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html) to clean up Adware and cookies etc

And ccleaner (Cr@p cleaner) which cleans up rubbish off your machine, with the two programs mentioned above you will have a nice clean/fast system again:)
