That first one is taken from in front of Lenin's tomb in Red Square, looking towards the Lenin Library - unless I miss my guess.

Only five countries in the world do not have Scouting as part of their youth culture; The Peoples Republic of China, Cuba, Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea, Lao People's Democratic Republic and Myanmar (Burma). Is it possible to trust any nation that does not allow Scouting? Andorra is trying.

    Roger.
Missed by 90 deg. It's Red Square, all right, taken from in front of St.Basil's Cathedral, looking towards History Museum. Kremlin and Lenin's Mausoleum can be seen to the left, GUM department store is to the right.
It's impossible to see the Library from Red Sq.

2nd is St.Petersburg, taken from in front of Zimniy, looking at Alexandria colomn

    3d... I really don't know. Rostov, maybe?
