    used a disco 1 200tdi bottom hose and joined it to a piece of series bottom hose to the rad then used a universal hose from halfords from the tdi bottom hose to the water pump not the neatest of jobs but it works only for link pipe from header tank to bottom hose joint it could have been done better.

    p/n for hose from halfords is HFH215 hope this helps.

    i have a 200tdi in my s2a88 used the series rad with disco tank and bottom hose from disco that t,s of to the bottom of the the tank, the top hose from the tank ihave blanked of it works an absalute treat i have an electric fan and it has not been on yet even off road if anything it runs a little cooler than i would like ,in fact i am going to put something on my grill during the cold months and hope it runs a little warmer i have no pics but the tank is at the front if the drivers side inner wing,tony

    What oil cooler and inter-cooler are you using?

    iam using disco intercooler wich sits beetween the rad and engin if i put the fan on its passes through enough to get to the intercooler ,the oilcooler i have bypassed with a loop i had an oilcooler from an astra van linked up with compression fitting but leeked slightly hence the bypass but as i said getting the temp up is an effort
