Were all the new ignition bits genuine - if not you may have replaced one faulty part with another, even tho its new.

Just a thought for you but I had problems with two injectors which had supposedly been ultasonically cleaned. It took ages for me to find out that the injectors which should have worked perfectly were actually totally blocked. I had to change them round, which moved the misfire to other cylinders, to prove this. I had them re-cleaned free of charge and all was well.

If you are happy with the ignition side then listen to the injectors with a stethoscope,it should be quite obvious where the misfire is if its not injecting.
