    Default Gone2Far

Any one fitted the front suspension to a Defender? I am seriously thinking about it but want to wait until their rear suspension is ready mid July.

The front gives a 2" lift so presumably you should'nt do this without lifting the rear suspension by the same amount.

    Hi,

The system is designed to complement a 2" lift on the vehicle. If your vehicle is running standard length springs then you will need to fit lifted ones as the extended bump stops will not allow enough clearence to the axle. The bumpstops are extended to both act as pivot points for the axle at full articulation and protect the dampers.

Both the standard and comp rear kits are now in pre-production build and will be ready for Billing (that soon..... ). I'll post a few pics on here once I'm happy with it all.

If you contact us at www.gon2far.co.uk or on 0781 271 7550 we can sort both your kit requirements and any additional items required also, eg 2" lift springs.

    Cheers,

Thanks Guys. Andy, I will wait until both front and rear are available to save the cost of installing a rear 2" lift. Once ready, how long from order to delivery, assuming you have a rush of orders from the show.

Would it be possible to collect both sets at the show to save delivery costs, provided I paid up front of course.
