LT 77 Gearbox

I recently had a re-con box fitted to my Disco by LEGS of Oswestry
and since it has been fitted, along with a new clutch, it jumps out of first is difficult to select reverse and even more difficult to get it out of reverse. took it back and they say that a brand new one, of the forecourt, is no different. does any body else have this problem?

Personally I dont have a clue but that answer sounds like one hell of a fob off to me!

Do you know anyone with similar vehicle to take along to prove that they are talking ********?
