has anyone used an alternative to MTF 94 and with what results,i was looking at amsoil or lucas oils

Have just filled Difflock´s Evolution 1 oil on my R380 box (Defender) and I can felle the difference rigt away. More easy gearshift and the oil should last longer and work better in the heat/cold. The oil can be used on LT77 as well. Look at Difflock.com.

I have dextron 3 ATF in my disco2 manual gearbox - didn't notice any difference in performance when I changed it.

Does anyone know how much the alternative oils cost?
In fact, how much does MTF94 cost?
