Default Re: Header Tank and Hoses 200 tdi conversion

used a disco 1 200tdi bottom hose and joined it to a piece of series bottom hose to the rad then used a universal hose from halfords from the tdi bottom hose to the water pump not the neatest of jobs but it works only for link pipe from header tank to bottom hose joint it could have been done better.

p/n for hose from halfords is HFH215 hope this helps.

What oil cooler and inter-cooler are you using?

Cheers, Brian

iam using disco intercooler wich sits beetween the rad and engin if i put the fan on its passes through enough to get to the intercooler ,the oilcooler i have bypassed with a loop i had an oilcooler from an astra van linked up with compression fitting but leeked slightly hence the bypass but as i said getting the temp up is an effort
