Use the Discovery's pressurised tank and sections of the Discovery bottom hose to connect it to the the system (and the small bleed hose at the top). If you can't find a source of hose joiners, Integerspin do them for a sensible price. As Justmike for photos of how he mounted his rad and tank - mine are not in a location that you'd want to copy.

Personally I'm going to get something like this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ALLOY-RADIATOR...d=p3286.c0.m14

It'll be smaller and neater than the discovery one and will be easy to place anywhere! Hopefully!

The picture shown isn't of mine but it shows it's a neat and easy solution. The ebay link I showed doesn't show a completely suitable header - the bottom drop hose is smaller than the Discovery one but there are plenty of suitable ones out there.

I just like how easy it makes it... I'm going to be good now though!

well tonight after taking those pics i decided to replace the dixi musical air horns with the disco air filter ( under the n / s wing over the footwell ) which hopefully will give me some room to fit the disco header tank ?

Just wondering what you ended up using hose wise for the header tank? I've got the tank and hose (from a 90) but there's no way the hose will fit.
