Stuboy New Member Join Date: 23rd Nov 2002 Posts: 1	Engine cuts out I have a 1996 300Tdi auto and the engine cuts out every now and again. There is no regular pattern to this, the engine can be hot or cold but it always(so far) cuts out at tickover speed when coming to a stop or driving very slowly. I have had it checked on testbook, no fault found, fuel lift pump checked and fuel lines. The fuel tank pipes look ok, any suggestions would be welcome.
